I am moving to London in September for a postgraduate degree at UCL for a year. I am seeking a single or double room in a shared flat.
Preference for an en suite but am fine to share. Access to kitchen and common spaces are preferred for cooking and quiet time/ studying. I am tidy, considerate, and outgoing. Always happy to chat but also value personal space. I enjoy reading, cooking, fitness, and movies.
I intend to be busy with school and part time work during the lease period but enjoy downtime at home.
Good for mixed gender living, lgbtq friendly, and fine with pets, etc. Non smoker.
Budget is flexible but preference for lower cost options as I will be a full time student.
