Looking for friendly, sociable clean house share

I am Greg (35) professional working as a product design engineer with a start-up ... attempting to monitor and reduce methane emissions from cows - bizarre, I know!

I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going house share. I’ve been really lucky to live with really great housemates and would love to find a similarly welcoming and social home. For me, the people I live with are just as important, if not more important, than the house itself to be honest in creating a nice atmosphere. I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with.

I enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal space - always up for a tea and chat when times are tough, and happy to get to know housemates’ friends, guests etc.

I’m currently thinking of moving to try and reduce my commute time. I currently live South East in Honor Oak and work up North near Finsbury Park - would ideally like to spend a little less time crammed into a train each day.

Ideally looking for a double room. Cyclable distance from Finsbury Park. 2 to 4 housemates total. No strict budget ... but I would assume max around £1200 per month (including bills).

Current contract ending around July. Could arrange to move before this date if something came up or after also.

Outside of work, hobbies/interested include: climbing, art, hiking, playing in a samba band, board games, car boot sales, pubs, parks, volleyball, therapy, cooking, volunteering, socialising.
