I am a female aged 22. I am doing a postgraduate research masters degree at the University of Cambridge. I am looking for a short term let for till the end of June. I have a budget of £950pcm (if bills included). Ideally I would like to be in walking distance of the centre of Cambridge and in cycling distance of Addenbrookes/Biomedical campus. I’m friendly and sociable, and I’d love to live in a house where people get along well and enjoy spending some time together, while keeping a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.
