Quiet tenant looking for a nice place around Truro

Hi there, I am a quiet (apart from when I am singing), reliable tenant. I hardly ever watch television as I a prefer sports/reading/studying. I work fulltime. I don't tend to have music on, but if I do, it's very quiet, but happy to wear headphones. I've got a car, so parking would be handy.
I'm hoping to live in Truro, or very nearby, ideally on a busroute in case my car breaks down.
I am currently living in an annexe, so I have my own bed etc. A spacious room would be preferable.
It would be great if I could rent something self contained (I might be able to stretch my budget a little bit) but if not, an ensuite bedroom would be fine.
