Looking for Big Room End of April/Beginning of May

Hi!

Looking for a new home or flat (or someone to buddy up with).

I'm a 31 yo producer working in the film industry looking for a cosy home to move in to.

My current (healthy) obsessions include football (women's arsenal fan), 3D-printing, plants and, for lack of a better word, wellness.

I'm currently in a stage of going out less so not looking for a party house but obviously that fine line of still socialising and hosting dinners etc but love a calm evening in also.

I think ad descriptions are really hard to truly grasp a person and whether we'd be a right fit so please reach out and we can meet in person/have a call.

Currently in Camberwell so would love to stay around the area/South as I've done a big stint in North for 12 years and enjoying the novelty of the other side of the river.

I'm looking for a bright, spacious, airy home, if a flat then preferably with a balcony/terrace to get the rays in. Housemates at least 27 years old.
