I am a professional female aged 23 who will soon be working at a Biotech company at Southampton Science Park. I actually rent out my own property in Surrey so truly value the importance of a clean, respectful home. I am looking for a single or double room preferably with an en-suite for a minimum of 3 months. I am available to move from 01/05/2026 and have a budget of around £900pcm. I would prefer to share with female professionals, ideally between 20 and 30 years old. I have previously house-shared with people before.
