Young Professional Seeks Spare Room in Cozy Home

Recent postgrad graduate from Queen's looking for a double room in a warm, creative, laidback home.

I work full-time and like to keep a full social life and travel so I am out of the house quite a bit, but I also value a convivial space where housemates enjoy spending time with one another and hosting in the home from time to time. I am respectful, clean, flexible, and a direct communicator looking to live with other likeminded people, ideally women and/or queer folks, but really open to anyone who may feels their home would be a good fit.

Room must be big enough to fit a desk but I am otherwise not picky about the size or layout of the room/home. :)

In my free time I enjoy music and going to gigs, collage and printmaking, reading, cooking and being outdoors.

Ideal move-in date is September 1st (but can be flexible between August 15th and September 15th for the right place). Budget is 500 + bills, but again for the perfect spot would be able to stretch this slightly.

Also open to buddying up with others for a two or three bedroom place, so please reach out if you think I'd be a good fit for you! :)
