Hi there! I'm looking for a room to rent in North Yorkshire, available to move in as soon as possible.

A bit about me:
I'm 31 and a music creative who mostly works using headphones, so noise is never an issue. I'm a quiet, tidy person who values a calm home environment and tends to keep to myself, but I'm always happy to have a friendly chat now and then. I'm currently a DSS resident and receive reliable income support. I'm also disabled and looking for a place that will allow me a bit more independence in my day-to-day life.

What I'm looking for:
• Budget: Up to £550 per month (including bills)
• Location: Anywhere in North Yorkshire
• Must have an ensuite
• Desk space suitable for creative work
• A respectful, relaxed household
