London Room starting June-August

Hey! My name's Seb.

I'm looking to move to London at some point between June and August. Whether it's a room to fill or joining a group looking for a property.
No real preference where in London, as long as it's not the South East (l've done my time).
Ideally, rent and bills all in comes to £750 pcm pp, though obviously happy to explore options!

I am a barista and open to other hospitality work, so looking to be out the house 4/5 days of the week (hopefully daytimes).

I am a quiet person and prefer chill vibes. I am an early nighter, though I can't wait to start going back to the theatre in the evenings!
I'm clean and tidy & always wash up when I'm done cooking and eating.
I also prefer to cook solo BUT this is not a major issue for me.
And as a good housemate, I pull my weight in taking rubbish out and stocking the essentials like soap and toilet paper.

I like to hang out with housemates too and have a chat, though obviously everyone has personal space and that is something I always respect and require too!
