London Room starting June

Hey, my name’s Seb. I’m looking for a room in London that starts mid-late June 🍃

About me:
• I’m a hospitality worker and ideally looking for daytime work. Hopefully’ll be out the house 4-5 days per week.
• I’m *not* a student and have never lived a student lifestyle (I’m actually teetotal!).
• I’m a quiet person to live with, occasionally practicing lines for a play or strumming a guitar & giving up after 15 minutes.
• Like most people, I definitely can socialise and have a laugh, but I do also respect mine and others’ personal space.
• I take my cleaning up & tidying responsibilities very seriously! Who doesn’t want to maintain a nice property?
• I’m looking forward to catching theatre and films in the city in the evening, so I’ll definitely be out doing that most of the time.
• And when I’m not, I’m an early nighter and love a good sleep.

What I’m looking for:
• Roughly £750 pcm — open to fluctuation though.
• A property of 3-4 people.
• No single glazed windows.

Accuse me of sounding like a massive pick-me, but I’m not like most guys to live with! Believe it or not, I’ve actually only ever lived with one guy and the rest have always been women or non-binary/trans individuals.

I really do mean it when I say I’m clean and tidy to live with & respectful of others’ time and space :)
