PhD Looking for househare/ buddyup (july/august)

I just moved here from Manchester for my PhD and am very new to London.

I'm based at the UCL East Campus researching biochemical engineering (medicine and chemical manufacturing), so living in the Hackney area would mean a great commute and a nice community.

Drop me a message if you have a place, or if you're open to forming a small group and finding somewhere together. I already have some good places in mind. Aiming for JULY/AUGUST move-in, but flexible.

I really don't mind who I live with, but it would be nice if it were a social house. I love board games and having a drink. I've recently become obsessed with pottery and community sauna baths. I also bake for my biweekly lab meetings, so there's always red velvet going around.

I've been house sharing for the past 5 years, so I know what's what. I'm clean and do my part.
