2 postdocs seeking furnished 2-bed flat, Sept–Feb

Hi! We’re Bruno and Alessandro, two 32-year-old postdocs looking for a 2-bedroom flat in London from around 9 September until January or February.

I’m Brazilian and recently moved to London after spending the last 5 years in California. I’m starting a postdoc at Imperial College. Alessandro is from Italy and is a postdoc at the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

We’re looking for a clean, comfortable, furnished flat with two proper bedrooms, ideally with good transport links to South Kensington / Imperial and Marylebone / IFS. Areas we’re especially interested in include Hammersmith, West Kensington, Barons Court, Shepherd’s Bush, Acton, Queen’s Park, Maida Vale, Kilburn, West Hampstead, Putney, Fulham, and nearby areas.

We’re both easygoing, tidy, respectful, and considerate tenants. We value a calm and comfortable home environment and would take very good care of the place. We’re social, friendly, and reliable, but also quiet and busy with work.

Ideally, we’re looking for something up to around £2,600/month total or £1,300 each, depending on whether bills are included. We’re open to a short let, sublet, or 6-month tenancy.

We can provide references, proof of employment, and any documents needed.
