Hello! I am Georgia, I’m a 32 year old woman from Melbourne, Australia, and moved over to Edinburgh late April this year. I am an archaeologist currently working between Edinburgh and Inverness until around the end of August with the potential for a longer contract. So I will mainly be around on weekends at this point, but keen to have an home base and get to know more people in Edinburgh. I am currently looking for a place at the start of October but open to earlier or later move dates.
I’ve heard I’m a pretty good housemate, I’ve lived in a four person share house for the last three years and have made lasting friends from it. I’m a decent cook and baker, so love a dinner party or just cooking for people in general, I keep things clean, I respect peoples’ spaces (and expect the same in kind), and it’s pretty easy to twist my arm to join in on a pint or wine. Ideally would like a furnished room as I’ve not come over with much. Happy to answer questions or chat more!
