Looking for Flatshare in September

Hi, I am a postgraduate student looking for a flat to share near September while working and awaiting graduation.
I am seeking a fully furnished bedroom with a closet, a desk for work and a window, preferably with a private bathroom.
Additionally, I want a place to cook with good equipment and maybe a living room to hang out in.
I like to go to the gym, not really stay at home on weekends.
Preferred location: near universities, the south side or the city centre.
