Looking for a room near Heriot-Watt University

Hi!

My name is Yaroslav Tsybulia, I’m 19 years old and a student at Heriot-Watt University. I’m looking for a room to rent starting from August or September 2026.

I’m tidy, responsible, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I have experience living in shared flats and always keep things clean and organized.

I’m looking for a furnished room, ideally with a shared living room, washing machine, and broadband. An en-suite would be a plus, but not required. I don’t smoke and don’t have pets.

Preferred areas: Balerno, Currie, Juniper Green, South Queensferry, Kirkliston, Newbridge, Leith — anywhere with good transport links to Heriot-Watt University.

I’m available 7 days a week and looking for accommodation for 1–3 years. I’m happy to provide references if needed and can attend viewings in Edinburgh at your convenience.

I get along well with both male and female flatmates and would be a considerate, reliable housemate.
