Room Wanted

Hi, I’m Rob, 38,
working full time as a manager and currently looking for a room to rent in Exeter

I’m looking for somewhere comfortable and relaxed — mainly a place to sleep and chill after work, with access to a kitchen for cooking and a clean bathroom/shower.

I’m easy-going, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty quiet at home. Outside of work I’m into hikes and long walks, festivals, films, gigs, and crime dramas.

Ideally looking for:

A room in Exeter

Friendly, relaxed household

Kitchen access

Clean bathroom

Long-term preferred, but open-minded
