Hi! I'm Samina and I'm looking for someone interested in sharing a home in London from late August or early September.

**What I'm looking for in a flatmate**
- 1 or 2 other people
- in their 20s
- working, studying, or anything in between
- preferably female but more about the right fit, and this would be a queer-friendly household
- friendly and easygoing, open to being friends and not just flatmates
- likes a tidy and cosy space, up for the occasional home project or FB marketplace adventure and a casual cleaning schedule
- probably prefers a pub, café or a comfy night in to a nightclub

**What I'm looking for in a home**
Rent: about £900 each per month
Location: zones 2-5, open to exploring new neighbourhoods
Number of bedrooms: 2 to 3
Other: furnished or at least mostly furnished, well-equipped kitchen, shared living area with some natural light
Neighbourhood: near to a good-sized park or green space, some cafés nearby, and access to a tube line

**A bit about me**
I'm a tidy, quiet and considerate flatmate who is respectful of space but enjoys hanging out with the people I live with. I'm often out and about on nature walks or exploring new coffee spots and while I enjoy the occasional evening out (think pub, not club haha) I'd describe myself as a homebody. Pretty much always down for a movie night in, a craft project or a casual dinner! I enjoy making my living space feel clean and comfortable, which means I take very good care of shared spaces too.
