Professional seeking calm LT home in East LDN

Hi, I’m Rahil, a Research Manager at UCL with a PhD in Archaeological Science. I’ve lived in London for over 17 years and I’m looking for a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I can move in within 1-2 months of finding my ideal place to call home.

I’m tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I naturally keep kitchens and bathrooms clean, value open communication, and appreciate living with people who are similarly thoughtful and respectful of each other’s boundaries.

Outside work, I enjoy calisthenics, swimming, meditation, interior design and technology. Home is where I recharge, so I’m looking for a calm, friendly atmosphere with a balance of occasional chats and personal space.

I have a Brompton, a couple of houseplants and a guitar I never seem to play.

I’m looking for a long-term home with other professionals who value a relaxed, respectful and easy-going household.

Budget: ideally up to £1,100 or 1200 all-inclusive, although I’d consider a little more for an exceptional long-term fit.

Preferred areas are East London and Deptford, but I’m open if the home and transport links are right.
