Moving to Brighton

I'm looking for a houseshare in Brighton & Hove from which I can commute to work (actuary in Hastings) by train about once a week and otherwise work from home. I'm hoping to find somewhere with a communal lounge and a large master bedroom ~4mx5m (unfurnished preferred, happy to share a bathroom).

I'm looking for a calm environment with people who I can socialise with a few nights a week after work and at weekends, e. g. by cooking, watching TV/films, playing games, going to the pub, cinema etc.
I do not smoke and generally do not drink unless others around me do.

I am easy to get along with as I am very chill, patient, tidy and considerate. I have a good sense of humour and can be quite chatty.
