2 Young Professionals seeking 1 Buddy - North/East

We are 2 young professionals looking to move to North/North East London ASAP, latest in the first weeks of June. Our budget is around 800-900PCM each (1800 total). I (Luca) already live in London so can do viewings, while Leo is currently commuting from near Essex.

About us-

Luca: I'm a building repair and maintenance man across the Soho Theatre venues in Walthamstow and Soho, and I'm also a freelance creative/videographer on my days off. My main interests are film, music, galleries/exhibitions and all sorts of sport.

Leo: He's a Communications Analyst working in Central London, who graduated history. His main interests are history, politics, music, and all sorts of sports too (but big on football especially).

We both like a pub quiz, going to gigs, watching/playing sport, and seeing all sorts of new things. We're 'up for anything' sort of people, very open minded, easy going, and down to earth.

We're looking for someone to join us who's tidy, friendly, and easy to chat to around the house. Would be great to have someone who becomes a friend rather than just an occupant.

As for the house, our non negotiables are well sized rooms and a shared living room big enough for us to hang out in.
Would love to get a garden too but that's if we're lucky!

As for location, I work primarily in Walthamstow, and Leo works near Tottenham Court Road, so we are looking for places with easy access to both - so mostly Victoria Line (from Finsbury Park through Walthamstow), Overground (Clapton/Hackney/Stoke Newington/Dalston) or other places like Archway.

We were looking for a 2-bed, but weren't finding good options. We much preferred the value for money in a 3-4 bed, so we are looking for 1 or 2 extra flatmates to take a whole property with.
