Room wanted Edinburgh

Looking for a room in a friendly, relaxed flat in Edinburgh from this summer (flexible for the right place). Budget around £800pcm before bills, though I’m happy to stretch a little for the right flat. Ideally somewhere with a shared living space in areas such as Haymarket, Fountainbridge, Tollcross, Dalry or nearby, but I'm fairly open.

I’m 23 and currently based in Glasgow. I work full-time as an Energy Consultant and I’m looking to move to Edinburgh longer term.

I’m easy-going, tidy and considerate. I like a flat to feel like a home, so I’m happy to do my bit with cleaning and generally keeping shared spaces nice.

I’m hoping to find a sociable flat with other young professionals where everyone gets on well! Somewhere people are happy to have a chat, watch a film or head to the pub occasionally, while still respecting each other’s own space and routines.

Outside of work I enjoy running, swimming, football, travelling and the occasional pub quiz. I’m always keen to try new places around the city and make the most of living in Edinburgh.
