Young professional looking for a friendly house!

Hiya! I'm 27, working in marketing tech and I'm wanting to move back to Brighton after graduating from Sussex during covid.

I'm looking for an existing house, or to create a house that are friends and would want to binge TV, go to the pub etc rather than just coexist. I have a few friends in Brighton so won't be too clingy hahaha but deffo want to be comfortable in my own home.

I'm quite bubbly, always up for a pub trip or a festival, but equally I balance that with early morning gym sessions and attempting to learn how to crotchet. I'm very clean and tidy and respectful of everyones space / downtime.

Ideally need a large double room with space for a desk as I am majority WFH but I'm flexible on budget to accommodate for that!
