Seeking peaceful, rural home with conscious people

Hello, I am a reiki practitioner and am looking for some kind of connection with the potential members of the household I would live with, maybe through shared activities for example earth based spiritual practices, meditation, yoga, qigong, singing, dancing, art and creativity, foraging/natural farming, cooking.

Good clear communication is important to me i. e. being heard and respected by all members of the household and I need to feel safe, relaxed and at peace within my own space and within shared spaces.

Respect and mindfulness for shared spaces particularly shared kitchen and bathroom and everyone clearing up promptly behind themselves to allow others to use shared facilities without hassle is also a must.

My visions for my Housing Situation in order of preference are

PREFERABLY:
To have my own eco-house within an eco community of like-minded people in a rural or semi-rural setting, with shared values as listed above and below.

OR:

My own long term, secure tenancy on house/annex of farm/large house with privacy and garden in quiet rural area, with quiet, respectful neighbours/landlord, cheap rent (£400 month max) and no strong chemical or industrial smells or machinery noise.

OR:

To find a long term, secure home to rent under ‘multiple occupation’ tenancy.
Large house, maybe farmhouse, with 4/5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and ideally 2 kitchens, in quiet, rural place locally.
I envision it working out cheaper to rent as large room each for 3/4 people.

IN ALL THE ABOVE SCENARIOS

I need the household/community to be:
Drug, alcohol, smoke free zone at all times, including guests.

Aligned with early to bed i. e. by 10pm and mindfulness of how noise travels and how it can affect others who are sensitive to it.

I would prefer if people in a shared household are grounded and working on their consciousness and communication in community, i. e. practicing some form of NVC or are emotionally intelligent, stable and have the ability to negotiate, power share, make agreements etc.
