I’m a professional, clean, quiet and respectful graduate looking to relocate to Newcastle upon Tyne for new career opportunities. I’m currently in my home country and plan to arrive in the UK around 16 October.

I’m looking for a furnished single or double room in a friendly, clean and peaceful household.

What I’m looking for:

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne or nearby areas
Move-in: Around 16 October
Initial stay: 1–2 months, with the possibility of extending
Budget: Up to £400 per month, including bills
Room: Furnished single or double
Household: Friendly, clean and respectful
Arrangement: Happy to consider a house share or lodger arrangement

A little about me: I’m responsible, tidy and easy-going. I have previous NHS work experience and am currently on a PSW/Graduate Route visa, looking for suitable job opportunities in Newcastle and the surrounding area.

I’m considerate of shared spaces, keep things clean and tidy, and appreciate a peaceful home. References can be provided if required.
