✨ Looking for 2 rooms in London ✨

Hi everyone!

My cousin and I are moving over from Australia and are on the hunt for a house or flat share with two available rooms from early June.

We’re ideally looking in South West (Clapham, Battersea, Balham, Tooting) or North West London (Islington, Angel, Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park De Beauvior), within 5-10 of tubes if possible, but we’re definitely open to other areas if it feels like the right fit. Our budget is around £800-£950 including bills.

A bit about us:
• Nicola (29) works in Sales & Marketing and will be working from home a few days a week. I am a very sociable person who loves to get out and about and try new pubs and experiences. But also loves cooking and having cosy nights in. I love being active and being outdoors if it’s playing sports, going on hikes or doing daily walks.

• Kathryn (27) – a primary school teacher who loves a marg (or two!) or a casual pub feed. I’m very active and love being outdoors whether it’s for a run, a long walk or picnic in the park! I am very social and enjoy going out but equally appreciate a cosy night in with a home cooked meal. I love to travel and am always keen to explore new places!

We’re easygoing, tidy, and keen to find a friendly, social house with housemates who are keen for a pint on the weekends or a relaxed night in binge-watching crappy TV after work!
