Hi, I’m Jay, an MBA student at Aston University, Birmingham and currently looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

I come from a professional background in banking & insurance and like to maintain a clean, organised, and positive living environment. I’m easy-going, respectful of personal space, and get along well with different kinds of people.

Outside of studies, I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, food spots, and occasional socialising, so I’d prefer a place with a good vibe

• Room Type: Single room / Ensuite (preferred but open)
• Furnishing: Furnished
• Connectivity: Easy access to university & city centre
• Move-in: 11th July, 2026
• Budget: £400-£500 per month (flexible for the right place)
Preferences:
• Clean and well-maintained property
• Friendly, respectful housemates (students or working professionals both fine)
• Balanced environment (social occasionally but also peaceful)
• Good hygiene in shared spaces (kitchen/bathroom)
