Female student looking for peaceful, clean home

Hello! I have been away on my year abroad and will be returning to Leeds for my final year of BSc Ecology and Conservation Biology. I am used to living with professionals because I prefer a quiet, tidy environment to come home to but of course I am open to living with other students if that sounds like what you're looking for.
Ideally, I would like to share with only 1-2 people, with an ensuite. I am happy to live in the city centre or in surrounding suburbs as long as public transport is accessible. My move in date is flexible but it would be start of August at the earliest.
