My partner and I are looking for a self-contained flat in Edinburgh from January 2027 for approximately one year.
I will be studying at the University of Edinburgh as a postgraduate exchange student, and my partner is a university lecturer who will be in Edinburgh as a visiting academic.
We are a quiet, clean and responsible couple and are looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live during our time in Edinburgh. We would ideally like a self-contained studio or one-bedroom flat with good public transport connections to the University of Edinburgh and the city centre.
We are flexible regarding the exact area and would be happy to consider properties slightly further from the city centre if there are convenient public transport connections.
