Looking for ensuite room in Central London

Hi, I’m Paul - originally from New Zealand and have been living in London for the past 6 months. I’m really enjoying it so far, I think it’s the best city in the world.

I’m 35 and work full-time managing a private clinic in Marylebone Monday to Friday. Since arriving, I have been based in short-term accommodation in South London and now I’m looking to find a longer-term ensuite room where I can properly settle in.

In my spare time, I’ve recently got back into the gym, and on weekends I’m usually out exploring. Whether that’s discovering a new part of London, checking out a pub or two with friends, or heading off on the occasional trip around Europe.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I really value a calm, clean and comfortable home environment. I’ve lived in house shares since I was 19, so I’m very used to living with others and being considerate. I am social and friendly, but also appreciate having my own space and respecting others’ as well.

I’m ideally looking to move in around April / early May. If you think I’d be a good fit, I would love to hear from you!
