Double room near Paddington

Hey! I am Yuliia or Julia - what is easier for you to pronounce. I work at the office whole week (fintech, manager), no pets, soulmates, smoking or heavy cooking. 39 yo if it’s important. Most often on weekends I will go back to my countryside home.

I am looking for an ensuite room of a decent size with a bed and a wardrobe (other
furniture I can arrange by myself). Am keen on keeping my env clean and nice (will
def have a vase with the flowers). Will need access to the wash machine, and a fridge to store some food. I do respect privacy, stay friendly and easygoing.

The area of the flat shall be in 20-30 minutes walk to the Paddington station. If there is a parking slot - it's great. If not - it won't be a dealbreaker.

Will provide the references on request. Initial rent duration will be for 3-6 months, and if it works well I will tend to stay for the long-term (12+ months).

My budget is from £800 to £1400 depends on the conditions.
