Profession looking for friendly houseshare

Hi, I’m George, I’m 22 and moving to Bristol for the middle of August to start a Grad Scheme post-uni in September. It'll be working a 9–5, with the occasional day working from home and maybe some evenings spent studying for exams etc.

I’m looking for a friendly, chill and sociable house with other young professionals. I would prefer a mixed house-share with ideally around 3 or 4 people max.

I enjoy spending time getting to know new people. I'm always up for having a movie night, a pub trip, or going out but I also do like my personal space and a relaxed home environment.
I’m clean, tidy, and considerate, and I’m looking for a house where everyone shares that attitude.

Outside of work, I enjoy the cinema a lot but also walking and being outdoors, going for a run, cooking, eating out at new restaurants as well as cosy nights in watching TV.

I’m ideally looking for a double room with enough space for a desk and wardrobe. Around a 30-minute walk of the city centre would be ideal. I’m hoping to find somewhere I can stay long-term. The Clifton area would be great but also open to other areas. Still preferably north of the river.

My budget is up to £750 without bills or around £900 with bills included, although I do have some flexibility for the right place. Parking would also be ideal, but on street is all good.

I’m planning to move mid-August before my job start in September but I can be a little flexible on dates if needed.
