Professional musician seeks double room

I am a musician and earn most of my income teaching classical guitar and producing records. I spend a lot of my time working away from home teaching guitar to people in their homes and doing recording work out on location. I also do editing and mixing work from home on a laptop computer. I have a small studio set up with monitor speakers, but I can work in headphones if it is at all disturbing for anyone in the household. All I need is a simple desk to sit at and work from, and I am happy for that space to be in my bedroom. The music I make is quite peaceful and soulful acoustic guitar music.

I have travelled a lot and love people and music and art and food, and generally get on well with most people. I love to chat and have good company and share food, but also like to have time to myself and appreciate solitude. I love nature, going for walks, and visiting the beach. I love plants and flowers, have a passion for natural herbal medicine and traditional ways of life and folk culture.

At the moment I pay £530 a month including all bills, but can stretch to £600.
