2 friends looking for a 2 bed flat or buddy ups!

What we're looking for:
Our budget is max £800 per person per month (bills not
included). We are available to move in around the end of July
2026. We would prefer to live near a tube or train station as
both of us do not drive. If possible, both of us would like
furnished double rooms.

A little about us:
I'm Zoe (22F) and I am currently studying at Kingston
University. No UK guarantor but can pay rent upfront! I'm
outgoing and I love cooking weekly flat dinners.
My friend Sophia (22F) is graduating this year. Has a UK
guarantor. She is friendly, clean and loves shopping on vinted!

Extra information for buddy ups:
We have an expresso machine and can make lattes in the
morning! We would prefer living with other female flatmates
but are open to other genders excluding cis men.
