Hello, my name is Joe and I'm looking for a place by the end of May or early June 2026. I am on a limited budget. Any sized room is fine. My day-to-day schedule is focused on my career development and being at the gym. I mostly keep to myself but don't mind socializing with roomates from time to time. I keep my environment clean, organized and tidy.
I am not too fussy on the area but ideally anywhere around Clapham. Also open to Brixton, Clapham North, Old Street, Hackney Fields, Peckham are preferred places.
