Hi all! I am Roo, I’m a queer creative working in the film/photography industry, currently looking for a new place to call home.
Looking for either:
• A 1-bed/studio, or
• A house share with one other person (or would consider more than 2 if it's an exceptional place).
Budget: Up to £1,600-850/month (bills included)
Location: London suburbs or anywhere with a good commute into the city
Tenancy: Minimum 12 months (ideally long-term)

• Suitable for some work-from-home days
About me:
I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful, and I value a peaceful, communicative home. I work both out on location and from home; I travel out-of-country often for work, so I’m often away but also appreciate coming back home to a space that feels grounded and recharging. I would consider myself an introvert at heart, but my job and lifestyle is high extroverted. I enjoy socialising with small crowds, 2-3 friends and need a lot of me time to recuperate; a secret introvert if you will.
