Masters and PhD Student Looking for Rooms

Hello! My friend Cassie and I are looking for two bedrooms (either as part of a larger household or 2br flats) for September - we'll both be moving from the U. S. to London for postgraduate studies at UCL and LSE, respectively.

A little bit more about us - we're both in our mid-to-late twenties and have rented in major U. S. cities (Washington DC and NYC) for 5+years, so we know what it takes to be respectful housemates and tenants. Our budgets are 1.1K each, or 2.25K together, per month. We'll be new(ish) to the city, so would love to find a place that feels homey, clean and social - flatmates to occasionally grab a drink with or spend an evening making dinner and binging a show would be great! Cassie also has a very sweet cat named Farrah.
