Visiting scholar at UCamb looking for a room

I will be visiting Cambridgeshire from June 12 to September 12. I am looking for a shared flat or a studio. I will be working as a researcher at University of Cambridge for about 3 months. I am currently doing my PhD at Northeastern University in Boston, USA.

I am a clean and friendly person, with no pets and no smoking habit. I will be commuting to and from University of Cambridge during my stay and explore the town and neighboring towns during the weekend. The flat has to be walkable to Department of Engineering at Cambridge. I am new to Cambridge so would like guidance in assessing the distance.

Must-have amenities:
- high speed internet
- commutability to campus
- washer/dryer
- clean kitchen

Deal-breakers:
- Too far from university/department
- Sharing bathroom with more than 2 others
- Messy or dirty common spaces
