Professional looking for a room in Didsbury area

Hi! My name is Katie, I'm 25 and I work in marketing. I'll soon be starting a new job in Manchester city centre and I'm looking to move ASAP to a flat/ houseshare in the Didsbury area.

Ideally I'm looking for somewhere to call home that is chilled, has a shared living space, and can be somewhere to socialise and relax. I'm not looking for a party vibe at all but would love to share with someone who'd be comfortable with mates being round every so often for socialising. Ensuite room is preferred but open to sharing with one other person!

I would love to be sharing with just one other person, three maximum if the place is right. I work hybrid so would need somewhere I can work from home 2/3 days a week.

I don't drive but am a keen gymgoer so ideally looking for somewhere within walking distance (max 20 mins) of the Nuffield gym in Didsbury!

Looking to share with someone I can be friendly with, but I'm always respectful of personal space! I love the gym, going to gigs & raves, and a good board game night.
