Looking for Student Friendly Rented Space

I am pursuing masters from Buckinghamshire university and would like to stay in a place that is student friendly, quiet place with seperate furnished room and attached bath .A well -equipped kitchen where I can cook. As an international student, the rent and deposit should be resasonable. Deposit more than 150 gbp is a big no no. I don't smoke or use vape so, I need a place where smoking is completely prohibited. A place near the university would be really helpful. The rent amount can be negotiated a little bit depending upon the surroundings, distance from uni or shopping hubs.
