Looking for a social girls house in Clapham/Balham

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a friendly girls house in Clapham and Balham. Open to other locations, but I need good connections to my company's office in Battersea since I'll have to commute in 5 days a week!

I'm turning 25 this year, and love reading, running, movies, exploring new exhibitions and the ocassional night out 🕺

I've lived in house shares for the past 6 years, and I'd love to find a nice group of girls who respect each others space, but also enjoy wholesome pub trips and brunch outings.

My ideal house would have a double bedroom, have a garden (or be close to some green space) and no more than 3 people to a shower. Budget is £1000 including bills, but there is some flexibility if it's a good fit. Ideal move in date would be from mid-June onwards.
