56 YO lady seeks long term room in BR6/Kent

I’m 56 and work full time in London and am looking for a long‑term rental in a calm home.

I’m looking to move to Orpington, Sevenoaks or nearby for an easy commute into London.

I value privacy and a peaceful environment and would ideally like a home with a no‑overnight‑guests arrangement.

I’m tidy and respectful of other people’s space. I’m out at work during the week and keep a low‑key lifestyle. I’m happy to walk up to one mile to the train station and am flexible on the exact location within these areas.

I need to give one month’s notice on my current flat, but I am otherwise flexible and ready to move after that notice period.
