In search of my perfect home🥰

I am an international student. I m looking for a room in Brighton city or Bournemouth city to stay from July 5th until end of October (max).

I am an ambivert. I love my personal space but I also like socialising. I prefer to share my flat with students of similar mindset who are open to friendships while respecting privacy.
I give high importance to cleanliness. I love animals but I don't own one here.

I prefer to have a cozy room with a beautiful view (if possible) where I can work without disturbances.

An understanding landlord who is adaptable. This is because, I m going to stay in the apartment after my degree and I am unsure of the duration of my stay. A maximum of 4 months is my target but if circumstances change, I might have to leave in 3 months, since I am an international student. I will definitely inform prior, of any changes if it happens. So an understanding landlord who will help me in such difficult circumstances would be appreciated.
