Two friends looking for a furnished flat or house

We are two female friends who currently live together in Addiscombe. We need to move by November 30th due to the sale of the property. We are open to Croydon and surrounding locations, ideally with good transport links.

I work remotely for a university and Fiona works hybrid in marketing. We currently each have our own home office set up and ideally would like to continue to have a dedicated work place at home.

Fi is a South London native and I was raised internationally and have lived in three continents. We are easy-going, tidy, and respectful. Both of us have been homeowners in the past and like to take good care of our living space.
Minimum requirements: full kitchen, bathtub, and garden access. We have a strong preference for two bathrooms.


Open to joining a shared house or community, or taking on a short or mid-term house or flat of our own. Furnished is great but not required.
