Professional and her cat looking for a flatshare

Hey! I’m Sarah, originally from Germany but grew up in a few different places (including the US and Austria), and have been in London for a few years now. I work in knowledge management and am usually based from home, with occasional days in the office in the City.

I’m looking for a double room (ideally en-suite, but flexible) with good connections into Blackfriars / St Paul’s. Furnished is a plus but not essential.

My budget is ideally around £1,100 including bills, but I do have some flexibility and could go up to around £1,400 for the right fit.

I’m easygoing and sociable, and enjoy having a friendly home environment. I’m always up for a chat, a pub trip, or a low-key evening in, but I also really value personal space. I keep things pretty tidy and am mindful of shared spaces.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring London, going for walks, markets, trying new food spots, and getting out of the city for day trips or hikes. I’m also into podcasts, reading, and history.

I’d be moving in with my cat, Phoebe. She’s a 3-year-old calico tabby, very clean, low-maintenance, and quite independent. Usually found bird watching or watching TV, and very sweet and friendly once she warms up. She’s used to living in a flat and easy to have around, with the occasional zoomies moment. Very much an indoor cat, but might enjoy some outdoor space if available.
