Looking for a calm & creative oasis in London 🌸🌷

Hi!
I'm: fun/affable, clean/tidy, reliable, thoughtful and an even mix of being both sociable and independent.
I'm originally from Australia but have been in London 8 years, so definitely here for the long haul.
I have jobs in both art and theatre/comedy :^) I love to feel inspired and to have a laugh! In terms of potentially useful housemate skills - I have a former fashion degree, so can sew, and I'm quite good with anything styling or craft/making related! I am also great with houseplants 😌 and I make a great brunch 😆
I am looking for a home close to transport. I prefer there to be a living room/social space. I do not currently have a pet here but would like to get either a small dog or a housecat in future - so it would would be great to live with someone like-minded. Alternatively, it would be great to live with someone else's pet! Some sort of outdoor space (can be balcony/patio or garden) would be lovely too, but not necessarily a deal-breaker.
I am not looking for a party house - I'm more relaxed/chill in vibe! I also love and appreciate a clean home ☺️
