Looking for a calm & creative oasis in London 🌸🌷

I am:

• fun, affable & creative while also being chill
• clean, tidy, reliable & thoughtful
• an even mix of both sociable & independent
• originally from Australia - but I've been here 8 years, so around for the long haul!

🏺I have constant employment within the arts as well as my own artistic practice, so my schedule is busy and variable. I am quiet and noise-concious but quite chill about what others do. I require a little time each day in my room, usually mornings, where I do my movement practice and write and organise my own admin before heading out :^)

🍃Potentially useful housemate skills: I have a fashion degree so can sew/style/craft, great with animals, love tending to plants, have decorated rooms before, often get theatre/comedy comps and make a great brunch!🐨

🏡I am looking for a home that is:
• Very close to transport (5-10 mins max)
• Enough room for a desk
• Has a living room/social space.
• Enough room to roll out a yoga mat/do movement practice
• I love pets so if you have them, big plus!! 💞
• Some sort of outdoor space (can be balcony/patio or garden) would be lovely too, but not necessarilv a deal-breaker
• Homely in vibe - I am not looking for a party house, I prefer households where the house members know each other/are friendly while still being independent.
• Clean and tidy.

I am not into limits on time spent in the house - while most of my days are out, I do admin and occasional wfh 💗 Likewise not interested if lodgers are banned from living spaces or the like. I like things to feel like my own home rather than a guest arrangement!
