Looking for a studio or flatshare in Newcastle

We are a young couple moving to Newcastle to start university as mature students. I am starting at Newcastle University and my boyfriend is starting at Durham. We are looking for a studio or room in the city center. Since my boyfriend will be commuting to Durham a place near the station would be ideal. We are quiet, clean, and respectful of others space. We both enjoy reading, going on walks, watching films, and cooking, and we prefer a night in over going out.
