Hi all. Looking to buddy up and rent a place for 1 yr, ideally in the Southsea area. A bit about me - I went to UOP, returned around Oct 2024 with my best mate after we jobs. Now looking to rent a place as he is moving in with his girlfriend of 4yrs. Our tenancy ends Mid Aug 2026 but wouldn’t mind a bit of overlap to allow for a stress free move. My max rent plus all utilities considered per month would have to be around £900/1k. With respect to house sharing I’d describe myself as tidy, social and down to earth. Keen to find somewhere nice and close to amenities as I primarily work from home.
