The room
Bright double bedroom in a tidy, quiet 1st-floor maisonette, shared with one other female. I’m Jan, ex-teacher now working in education. Fully furnished with good-quality double bed, contemporary clothes rail, and desk. You can swap the rail for a wardrobe if you prefer. Room comes as seen and furniture must stay. Large window, great afternoon light.

The maisonette
We keep a clean and tidy shared home. You get the whole 1st floor: modern kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine, shared bathroom with shower, and living room you’re welcome to use.

Private front and back garden – not shared. Fast fibre wifi and central heating included. Private entrance, no upstairs neighbours.

Outdoor space
Private front and back garden for your use. There’s a BBQ you’re welcome to use. You’re free to plant your own flowers/veg if you want, but no requirement to help in the garden. There’s also a bike you can borrow for shopping.

- 2 mins walk to bus stop with direct buses to Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale, Manor House, Finsbury Park

I’m Jan, ex-teacher now working in education Mon-Fri. Very tidy, respectful, and friendly. I enjoy cooking, reading, and the occasional flatmate dinner/chat, but I also value quiet, clean evenings. I tutor occasionally from home.

Tidy female professional or postgrad, non-smoker, considerate and clean.

Must be happy with a furnished
room – furniture can’t be removed. Open to all nationalities.

Must be okay with occasional tutoring visits during the day and happy to keep shared spaces clean. Minimum 6-month stay preferred.

No pets due to allergies, sorry. No couples.

£1,100 pcm includes all bills, council tax, and wifi. 1 month deposit. References required.
