Looking for London Midweek Stay

Hi all,
Looking for a place to stay midweek in London (max 3 nights) arriving late in London late on a Monday evening and departing London straight from the office on a Thursday. I'm very easy going who likes keeping fit and and generally keeping myself to myself so you wouldn't be in the way a lot but also polite and sociable. I'm looking for a nice, clean and quite room to get a good nights sleep through the week. I work as a Design Manger for a prestigious store in West London (so great discounts could be beneficial if wanted!!) Look forward to hearing from you.
