Professional male. Building surveyor by day.

I am a 54 (nearly 55) year old male looking for a room following a separation. I work full time as a Building Surveyor for a local authority. I work form home but mostly prefer to visit the office or coffee shops to do my admin. I have children and grandchildren but it would only ever be me. No pets. Non smoker and no alcohol although not worried what others do. I am extremely tidy and respectful, and always try to be quiet. Happy to wear headphones etc when watching TV. Follower of most sports. Play a lot of tennis and also enjoy walking. Prefer the news to music. In many ways fairly boring but will be well suited to some.
