I am looking for a small studio or self-contained flat with a kitchen, bathroom and parking space, ideally in a quiet, safe and tidy home where everyone's [privacy and personal space are respected.

I am a reliable and considered tenant with a busy work schedule, a good credit history and paying my rent always on time. I am very tidy and take good care of the place I live in.
